We have designed and are installing the HVAC system for this luxury project in the heart of Bulimba. The six townhouses in the project each have 4 levels of living space and a shared rooftop pool area. Our team are installing Daikin 16kw VRVs in each townhouse, with two evaporative units, full internal mechanical exhaust with dedicated risers, and individual zoning throughout. Linear bar grills were utilized to ensure a seamless and well thought out finish.
Across this entire project, the polished concrete slab finishes resulted in ceiling space being extremely limited. “Slimline” products were required to get the architect the finish that was desired. With custom-designed components and major design coordination, we were able to achieve the best possible design for our client.
