The architect’s design features polished concrete ceilings throughout this project. Due to the polished concrete ceilings, we were unable to run pipework through ceiling spaces and we had to design a custom internal PVC channelling system to allow all refrigerant pipe work to reach evaporative indoor destinations.
We installed a Daikin VRV-40kw system with 12 indoor evaporative bulkhead units throughout. Centralised control.
