Oletta – K2 Projects
This project is a six-level, architecturally designed residential building featuring full-floor individual apartments and a two-storey penthouse with a rooftop terrace and secured lift access.
The Daikin ducted 14kw model was selected to install in each apartment. This includes individual zone control and linear bar grills throughout for the high design specification apartments. Full mechanical exhaust throughout.
The extra height ceilings throughout all living areas of the project caused the roof space to be very limited. By reducing the AC design to one system per apartment alongside custom componentry, we were able to ensure the architect could achieve full height ceilings throughout.
