Air Supplies designed and installed the air conditioning for a luxury five-storey new build on a large sloping block. 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with media room and internal lift.

We installed a Daikin VRV-28kw system with 7 indoor evaporative bulkhead units throughout. All rooms are individually controlled with control panels throughout.

During this project, our largest challenge was the location of the condenser due to minimal access and the slope of the lot. We utilized a 50t City Crane to lift the condenser into place from the street, over the top of the house, to the far side of the lot.
