This project comprises nine architecturally designed townhouse apartments, featuring high ceilings.

For this development, we chose to install 8.5kw Daikin ducted systems in each townhouse, which are centrally controlled with a Daikin wall control. Full mechanical exhaust was included in the design

The extra height ceilings throughout all living areas of the project caused the roof space to be very limited. By reducing the AC design to one system per apartment alongside custom componentry, we were able to ensure the architect could achieve full height ceilings throughout.
